From Dunkirk:

Take Route 4 going south about 15 miles.  Go straight at the light at Route 231.  (There will be a “ Mattress Corner” on your left.)  Go 1/10 mile, and make a left onto Duke Street.   * Make your 4th right into “Duke Street Commons – 210-318 Merrimac Court.   (This is actually the second entrance to Merrimac Court.  Make sure you don’t take the first entrance!)   My office space is located at “Body in Balance, LLC”, 230 Merrimac Court, Prince Frederick.  Parking is ample and free.

From Lusby/Solomons:

Travel north on Route 4 about 18 miles.   As you are approaching Prince Frederick, go straight at the light at Old Field Road.  Pass “Griffins Flooring America”, and make the next right onto Duke Street.  Then, follow the same directions as above after (*).

From Lexington Park:

Take Three Notch Road (Route 235) going north.  Make a right onto Route 4 north, and take this for about 22 miles.  As you are approaching Prince Frederick, go straight at the light at Old Field Road.  Pass “Griffins Flooring America”, and make the next right onto Duke Street.  Then, follow the same directions as above after (*).

From Waldorf:

Take Route 5 south until you get to Route 231.  (Prince Frederick Road).  Make a left onto Route 231,  and take this about 12 ½ miles until you get to the light at Route 4 in Prince Frederick.  Make a right onto Route 4 south.  Go 1/10 mile, and make a left onto Duke Street.  Then, follow the same directions as above after (*).
